1- Open the digital wallet in your browser or application 2- Go to the ''TRANSFER'' section 3- Choose the EURO currency or open the EURO account 4- Choose the amount in EURO that you want to transfer to the Wiserbank account 5- Open your Wiserbank account 6- Go to the ''WITHDRAW'' section 7- Choose the digital wallet that you want to use to fund the Wiserbank account 8- Copy the user code that you will see 9- Return to the digital wallet and paste the User Code in the beneficiary box 10- Write the reason if required and validate the transfer. 11- Take a receipt or capture the proof of transfer and send it to paiment@wiserbnk.com

The availability of a fund transferred between Wiserbank accounts is instantaneous, however transfers leaving Wiserbank for another bank take from 1 hour to 72 hours depending on the bank to be deposited.
